* 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. Water Words That Work, Part 1. Description: Reconnect with the perspective that everyday citizens have on nature protection and pollution control, and discover the shocking secret of what motivates them to take action.

* 10:45 to 12:15 p.m. Water Words That Work, Part 2. Description: Master steps 1 through 4 of the Environmental Message Method, a step-by-step process for transforming professional language into action language that will help make your next fundraising, issue advocacy, and behavior change campaign a success.

* 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch. Lunch is provided as part of the registration fee.

* 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. Water Words That Work, Part 3. Description: Master steps 5 and 6 of the Environmental Message Method, and learn how to “open up” your message to readers and listeners from all walks of life.
